This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) is applicable to your utilization of Northern Proxy’s advanced 4G and 5G Mobile Proxy Connection services (“Services”). The AUP becomes effective immediately upon your agreement with Northern Proxy.

Prohibited Activities

Violating this AUP may include, but is not limited to, engaging in the following prohibited activities:

• Illegal or Unethical Content: Engaging with, disseminating, or storing any material that is unlawful, or that could be considered threatening, abusive, obscene, indecent, or defamatory.
• Malicious Software: Introducing harmful software, such as viruses, trojan horses, or worms, into our servers or network.
• Security Violations: Unauthorized access to data, servers, accounts; or engaging in activities that disrupt internet communication.
• Circumventing Security Measures: Attempting to bypass or actually bypassing any form of user authentication or security.
• Denial of Service (DoS) Attacks: Disrupting service to any user, network, or account.
• False Information: Submitting incorrect data or engaging in fraudulent payment methods.
• Spam and Unsolicited Communications: Distributing unsolicited or junk communications without the recipient’s consent.
• Prohibited Use: Utilizing services for activities like illegal ticket purchasing bots or generating invalid advertising traffic.

Automated Data Gathering Conditions

Automated data gathering must comply with all legal standards and respect the terms of use of accessed sites. Prohibited actions include:

• Terms of Use Violations: Breaching any relevant terms of use or legal agreements.
• Unauthorized Data Collection: Gathering non-public or sensitive information without proper authorization.

General Terms and Compliance

• AUP Violations: Any breach of this AUP can lead to immediate suspension or termination of services. Northern Proxy aims to resolve issues collaboratively but reserves the right to suspend or terminate services based on the violation’s severity.
• Legal Compliance: Northern Proxy will comply with both domestic and international court orders pertaining to privacy violations, rights infringements, or illegal system use.
• AUP Amendments: Northern Proxy reserves the right to modify this AUP. Customers will be notified of significant changes. Continuation of service use after such notifications implies agreement to the amended terms.
